Final Touches & Wedding Day Coordination Package

This package is tailored for couples who have all their bookings in place but want expert support to ensure a flawless wedding day. It focuses on creating and managing the timeline, coordinating seamlessly with vendors, overseeing the rehearsal, and handling all essential tasks on the big day for a smooth and stress-free celebration.

 What’s Included?

  • Develop customized planning tools tailored to your unique wedding day needs.

  • Develop and implement a detailed schedule covering every aspect of the day, including vendor arrivals, departures, and wedding party logistics.

  • Manage all vendor communications starting 2-3 weeks before the wedding, focusing on arrival/departure times and day-of requirements to ensure seamless collaboration. Serve as the main liaison for all vendors on the wedding day, handling requests and involving the couple as preferred.

  • Provide expert wedding day coordination with Elaine on-site for up to 10 hours, ensuring seamless execution and peace of mind. Additional hours can be arranged upon request. One assistant will be included as needed, based on Elaine’s professional assessment.

  • Facilitate and lead a one-hour rehearsal to prepare the wedding party, officiant and other key guests for the ceremony.

  • Supervise the final touches and ensure all elements are perfectly arranged.

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and guide them as needed throughout the event.

  • Ensure the marriage license is signed by all appropriate parties and securely returned to the couple or designated individual.

  • Support the breakdown and clean-up of the reception space. Complete tear-down available upon request, for an additional charge.

    • Meeting 1 — Vision & Logistics: 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding

    • Meeting 2 — Timeline Refinement: 3-4 weeks before the wedding

    • Meeting 3 — Final Details: 1-2 weeks before the wedding

    • Unlimited Access to Elaine via Text and Email

    • Guaranteed 24-hour response time for all questions and concerns leading up to the wedding day.
